The 10-minute orientation

Overview — start every session here
Your command center: top supplier candidates, evidence gaps, changed risks, deadlines and open questions. An empty card means no record has been added yet; it never means a risk has been cleared.

Projects — tell us what you are buying
Create a sourcing request or project with your product, target price, MOQ and destination market. Everything else in the workspace (monitoring, recalls, reports) keys off this brief.

Suppliers — build the evidence file
Score each supplier on communication, quality, speed and pricing. Attach notes and evidence (certificates, audit reports, quotes). Unknowns stay visible on purpose — an unverified claim is never scored as a pass.
