1. What SinoSource Provides
SinoSource provides supplier decision intelligence for EU importers. Essential includes an initial buyer-specific report, ongoing monitoring, the source-linked News Tracker, and portal tools. Where a hands-on sourcing agency is part of the agreed route, Essential may also include a private client-specific agency-fit comparison. Managed is a separate three-month execution engagement that may include bounded supplier outreach, evidence collection, quote comparison, sample coordination, and a remote walkthrough, as described in the agreed scope.
An agency-fit assessment is private desk-based decision support based on a buyer brief locked before scoring and evidence available at the time of review. It is not a public agency rating, a referral recommendation, an audit, agency outreach, contract review, or a guarantee of an agency’s work. Evidence gaps are shown as unknown and may mean no agency is ranked.
The News Tracker presents attributed third-party headlines separately from SinoSource’s reviewed guides. It is a source-discovery and decision-maintenance tool, not real-time alerting, legal, customs, sanctions, insurance, or security advice, and it does not guarantee complete coverage of developments.
2. Not Legal, Customs, or Testing Advice
The EU-Readiness Score and all report content are decision-support intelligence only. They are not legal advice, customs advice, certification, product testing, or a guarantee that a supplier or product is compliant. You remain responsible for final supplier selection, product testing, documentation, customs decisions, and legal review.
3. Subscriptions and Access
- Essential has a one-time activation price shown at checkout, including the initial report and first 30 days, followed by €89 monthly monitoring unless cancelled before renewal.
- Managed is a defined three-month engagement billed in three €449 monthly payments. It ends after the agreed term and does not continue at €449 without a new agreement.
- Each engagement covers the product family, markets, language, suppliers, and service boundaries agreed at purchase or onboarding. Where the agreed route includes a hands-on sourcing agency, Essential may include a private, client-specific desk-based assessment of up to three relevant agencies. Reference calls, legal or contract review, fee negotiation, introductions, and agency management are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.
- Your account, portal session, and any one-time workspace activation code are private to your company and must not be shared publicly. An activation code does not replace account sign-in.
- Samples, freight, testing, audits, inspections, travel, production, customs work, and third-party fees are excluded unless expressly included in a written scope.
4. Founding Client Process
The first five Essential clients may receive the published founding activation price. SinoSource reviews onboarding details before research starts to confirm product scope, buyer constraints, evidence requirements, and delivery timing. Founding status does not reduce the report scope.
5. Acceptable Use
You may use reports internally for sourcing decisions. You may not resell, republish, scrape, or redistribute reports, supplier tables, portal exports, or scoring methodology without written permission.
6. Supplier and Data Limitations
Supplier availability, documentation status, pricing, MOQs, certifications, and regulatory requirements can change. SinoSource works to keep reports current at delivery time, but you should verify critical facts directly with suppliers, labs, customs brokers, and qualified advisers before placing orders.
7. Cancellation, Refunds, and Credits
Cancellation and refund terms are explained in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
