Refund & Cancellation Policy

Monthly and Annual Cancellation
SinoSource subscriptions are monthly or annual, as shown at Stripe checkout. You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal linked from your SinoSource portal, or by emailing info@getsinosource.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Completed Report Months
Completed report months are not refundable because research time, supplier assessment, and report preparation are delivered services.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions receive the annual price shown at checkout. After research or report delivery has started, the annual fee is normally non-refundable. If SinoSource ends the service, we will refund the unused prepaid portion. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
First Report Quality Promise
If your first report does not match the agreed niche or language, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either correct the report, issue an account credit, or agree another fair remedy in writing.
Before Your First Report Is Delivered
If you cancel before research has started for your first report, we may issue a refund. If research has already started, we may offer a partial credit instead.
No Supplier Outcome Guarantee
SinoSource does not guarantee that a supplier will accept your order, maintain pricing, pass product testing, or meet your commercial terms. The service helps you prioritise and de-risk sourcing decisions; it does not replace your own contracting, testing, and compliance process.
How to Request a Cancellation or Credit
Email info@getsinosource.com with your company name, portal email, and reason for the request. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
