Essential is month-to-month after activation and can be cancelled before the next renewal. Managed is a defined three-month engagement.

Do you take commissions on orders?

Never. You pay a flat monthly subscription, we have zero financial incentive to recommend suppliers based on kickbacks or commissions.

How does the Founding Client rate work?

The first five founding clients pay €199 for Essential activation and the first 30 days instead of the €249 standard activation price. Ongoing monitoring is €89 per month from day 31.

When is my first report delivered?

The initial supplier decision report is delivered after onboarding and analyst review; the timing is confirmed from the scope and evidence available. Monthly monitoring starts from that baseline.

Can I cover multiple niches?

Essential covers one defined product family and monitoring for up to three priority suppliers. A materially different category requires a new activation and report scope.

What does 'max 5 clients per niche' mean?

To protect the value and confidentiality of the intelligence, we cap each niche at 5 concurrent subscribers. Once full, new subscribers join a waitlist for that niche.

What is the difference between Essential and Managed?

The report, decision analysis, and every portal tool are included in Essential. Managed adds three months of hands-on execution around that same analysis: outreach, evidence chasing, quote normalisation, sample coordination, and a final handover.

Is there a refund policy?

We don't offer refunds on completed report months. If you're unsatisfied with your first report, contact us, we'll fix it or apply a credit toward your next month.
