SinoSource Partner Network

Bring your China expertise to European SMEs.

We are building a private network of manufacturers, sourcing agencies and operational specialists. Clear information about what you actually do helps us consider your company when a buyer's brief fits.

Free to apply · Non-exclusive · No promised introductions

Why take part

Better-fit conversations begin with better information.

A detailed profile helps us understand your real strengths, rather than forwarding unrelated enquiries.

01

Relevant consideration

Share your product or service specialisation for suitable European SME briefs.

02

Capability in context

Explain production ownership, order size, quality processes and communication strengths.

03

Evidence that matters

Documented EU-market experience can be assessed for the exact product and project.

04

Flexible collaboration

Consider non-exclusive, project-based work without a paid placement scheme.

Who can apply

Built for different kinds of sourcing expertise.

01 / Produce

Manufacturers

Factories with a clear product line, operational capacity and information we can check.

02 / Coordinate

Sourcing agencies

Teams that identify suppliers or coordinate quotes, samples, production and communication.

03 / Validate

Quality and compliance specialists

Inspection, testing, quality-control and technical-validation providers.

04 / Execute

Operational partners

Logistics, consolidation, packaging and other execution specialists.

Trading companies can apply too. Please distinguish products you manufacture from those supplied through another factory.

Current recruitment priorities

Product areas we want to understand more deeply.

These areas follow the same taxonomy used in SinoSource's buyer research. Recruitment status can change; specialist products receive a narrower review.

Loading current category priorities…

Not listed? Agencies and specialist providers can still apply. Applications are reviewed against actual capabilities, not category labels alone.

How it works

A careful route from profile to consideration.

  1. 01

    Submit a company profile

Tell us who you are, what you produce or deliver, and where you operate.

  2. 02

    Identify supporting information

Describe available documents and relevant EU-market work. We may request files securely later.

  3. 03

    SinoSource reviews the claims

We identify gaps, review what is provided and may ask for clarification.

  4. 04

Be considered for a matching brief

A reviewer may include your company in a client-specific assessment when it is relevant.

Applying does not mean approval, independent verification, certification or a guarantee of work. Client recommendations remain subject to the exact brief and independent assessment.
Common questions

Before you apply

Is applying free?

Yes. There is no application fee and no paid placement or ranking.

Does acceptance guarantee recommendations?

No. Approval for consideration only means your profile may be reviewed for a suitable brief. It is not verification or a recommendation.

Do I need EU export experience?

No. Tell us where you have supplied before and what you can document. Gaps remain visible in our assessment.

Can agencies and service providers apply?

Yes. The form adapts to manufacturers, sourcing agencies, trading companies and relevant specialist services.

Can we cover more than one category?

Yes. Choose up to three primary areas and add secondary capabilities where relevant.

What documents are useful?

Business registration, product-specific test reports, relevant declarations, audits and redacted project examples can help. Requirements depend on the exact product. We do not collect files in this first form; a reviewer may request them securely later.

Will our company information be public?

No public partner directory is part of this programme. We use your information for private review and client-specific sourcing work, subject to our Privacy Notice.

Does SinoSource take supplier commissions?

No. SinoSource's recommendations are independent and are not sold to suppliers or partners.

The next step

Build trust through better information.

The clearer your capabilities and supporting evidence, the easier it is to assess whether your company fits a European SME sourcing project.
